ANTIPSYCHOTICS AND PROTEASE INHIBITORS - OLANZAPINE

Olanzapine levels are roughly halved by ritonavir. As this interaction appears to occur because of CYP1A2 inhibition other protease inhibitors would not be expected to interact.
If concurrent use is necessary monitor olanzapine efficacy and increase the dose if necessary.
