ANTIPSYCHOTICS AND PROTEASE INHIBITORS - SERTINDOLE

Sertindole levels are predicted to be raised by the protease inhibitors (inhibition of CYP3A4), which may lead to potentially life-threatening torsade de pointes arrhythmias.
Concurrent use is contraindicated.
