AZOLES AND CALCIUM-CHANNEL BLOCKERS FELODIPINE, LERCANIDIPINE OR NISOLDIPINE

Medical Diagnosis and Drugs, Medications
Itraconazole (and therefore probably ketoconazole) can markedly raise the serum levels of felodipine (by up to about 8-fold), which increases its adverse effects, in particular ankle and leg swelling. Ketoconazole raises the levels of lercanidipine and nisoldipine (peak plasma levels increased by roughly 10-fold).
Concurrent use is contraindicated.
