AZOLES AND DUTASTERIDE

Potent CYP3A4 inhibitors (itraconazole, ketoconazole) may cause a clinically signifi- cant rise in dutasteride levels.
The manufacturers suggest reducing the dosing frequency if increased dutasteride
adverse effects occur.
