AZOLES AND SIROLIMUS - VORICONAZOLE
Voriconazole raised the maximum serum levels and AUC of a single 2 mg dose of sirolimus by about 5.5-fold and 10-fold respectively.
These rises are probably too large to be easily accommodated by reducing the dosage of the sirolimus. Concurrent use is contraindicated.
