BACLOFEN AND LEVODOPA

Unpleasant adverse effects (hallucinations, confusion, headache, nausea) and worsen- ing of the symptoms of parkinsonism have occurred in patients taking levodopa who were also given baclofen.
Information is limited, but what is known suggests that baclofen should be used cautiously in patients taking levodopa.
