BOSENTAN AND CICLOSPORIN (CYCLOSPORINE)

Bosentan decreases the AUC of ciclosporin by 50%, and ciclosporin increases bosentan
levels by up to 4-fold.
The manufacturer of bosentan contraindicates the combination, because of the
possible increased risk of liver toxicity.
