CALCIUM-CHANNEL BLOCKERS AND PHENOBARBITAL - NIMODIPINE

Nimodipine levels are decreased by 85% by phenobarbital. Note that primidone is metabolised to phenobarbital and therefore may interact similarly.
The manufacturers advise against concurrent use.
