CHLORAMPHENICOL AND CONTRACEPTIVES

One or two cases of combined oral contraceptive failure have been reported with chloramphenicol. These isolated cases are anecdotal and unconfirmed, and the
interaction (if such it is) appears to be very rare indeed.
