Increased ciclosporin levels have been seen in patients taking fosamprenavir, lopinavir, ritonavir and saquinavir. Other protease inhibitors would be expected to interact similarly.
Ciclosporin levels should be carefully monitored and the dose adjusted accord- ingly if a protease inhibitors are also given, bearing in mind that large dose reductions may be required in some patients.
