DEXTROMETHORPHAN AND MOCLOBEMIDE

Moclobemide inhibits the metabolism of dextromethorphan, and isolated cases of severe CNS reactions have occurred in patients given the combination.
Moclobemide is contraindicated with dextromethorphan.
