DIURETICS AND NSAIDS - THIAZIDES
The antihypertensive effects of the thiazides can be reduced to some extent by indometacin, but it appears to be of only moderate clinical importance and may possibly only be a transient interaction.
Monitor the effects of the concurrent use of indometacin and adjust the thiazide dosage or alter the NSAID if necessary. Other NSAIDs appear to interact to a lesser extent or not at all.
