ERGOT DERIVATIVES AND SIBUTRAMINE

There are no reports of adverse reactions between sibutramine and dihydroergotamine but the manufacturers contraindicate the combination as it may theoretically lead to the potentially fatal serotonin syndrome. This has occurred with related drugs.
Avoid concurrent use.
