Isolated cases of the serotonin syndrome have been seen in patients taking paroxetine (with imipramine), or sertraline, when they were also given dihydroergotamine.
These appear to be isolated cases and not of general importance. Nevertheless they illustrate the potential for the development of serotonin syndrome, in patients given multiple drugs that affect serotonin receptors.
