LINEZOLID

Linezolid is a non-selective reversible inhibitor of MAO, and it therefore shares some of the interactions of the MAOIs. However, its effects are weak, and serious adverse interactions of the magnitude seen with the MAOIs do not seem to occur. However, some caution is prudent on the concurrent use of drugs that interact with MAOIs.
