QUINIDINE AND WARFARIN AND OTHER ORAL ANTICOAGULANTS

In one study and one retrospective analysis, quinidine had no effect on the anticoagulant control with warfarin. However, a few isolated cases of increased anticoagulant effect with bleeding have been reported. Limited evidence suggests that quinidine does not alter phenprocoumon pharmacokinetics.
No interaction would normally be anticipated.
