Quinolones are predicted to raise zolmitriptan levels.
The manufacturer recommends a dose reduction of zolmitriptan to a maximum of 5 mg in 24 hours in patients taking quinolones such as ciprofloxacin. Other quinolones may interact to varying extents, see quinolones.
