STATINS AND WARFARIN AND OTHER ORAL ANTICOAGULANTS - FLUVASTATIN AND ROSUVASTATIN

Studies have suggested that fluvastatin and rosuvastatin can increase warfarin levels and/or effects. Not all patients are affected.
Increased monitoring is required when starting or stopping fluvastatin or rosuvastatin, or changing the dose.
