Soln: 1 mg/mL; 7 mos-15 yrs: 1-2 mg/kg/day PO bid (max 80 mg/day)
>15 yrs or if >40 kg: 40 mg PO bid
Peripheral neuropathy, pancreatitis, increased liver function tests.
