Ophth oint: dexamethasone 0.1%, tobramycin 0.3% [3.5 gm]; Ophth susp: Instill 1-2 drops into affected eye(s) q4-6h.
Ophth oint: Apply into conjunctival sac of affected eye(s) q6-8h.
