Torsemide (Demadex); Diuretic, Loop; Inj: 10 mg/mL
Tab: 5, 10, 20, 100 mg; Adolescents:
Hypertension: 5 mg PO/IV qd, may increase to 10 mg PO/IV qd
Edema: 10-20 mg PO/IV qd, titrate as needed to max 200 mg/day
